Monday, January 2, 2023 - Xmas & New Year in Japan; 12/19/2022-1/6/2023 (Japan): On the nose, balsamic, blueberry, plum, herbs, forest floor, sweet spice. Gorgeous silky mouthfeel. Lovely, transparent earthy character in the mid-palate. Velvety tannin. Very long finish. With a bit of time in glass, red fruits came through more with cherry. Beautifully combines elegance & purity with concentration of fruit. Excellent.
