Friday, December 25, 2020 - First of two bottles.
Day 1: drinking well already. Charred meat, smokey, lots of spice, pomegranate and cranberry. Great tannin structure that will definitely round out in a 3-5 more years. Acidity is kicking, slightly off balance right now. Will report back on day 2.
