Sunday, June 5, 2022 - Full bodied and with a high, yet balanced, acidity. Requires a lot of air at this point of time. Was best on the 2nd day (vacuumed overnight) and still alive and very enjoyable on the 3rd day. First of a case of six. Will hold the remaining five for 3+ years. At this point 89-91
