Thursday, September 2, 2021 - Beautiful, dark color on the wine. Some sediment. Alcohol content is high, as you can tell simply by smelling it. Aromas of dark fruit, Black cherry and blackberry,, with some vanilla and earth. On the palate there is a mix of flavors: blackberry and blueberry, some cranberry, cola, some vanilla, black pepper, and a touch of herb. I decanted 2 hours and then started to drink it. Better after a 3 hour decant.
