Fairly deep garnet color with a touch of brick red.
Rich, broad red fruit tones; roast meat, a bit of tar and moderate levels of umami. The wine is nicely integrated and harmonious, with softened tannins.
This one has developed nicely and appears to be in its prime drinking window.
As Parker might say, “pure hedonistic” drinking pleasure!
