Saturday, May 22, 2021 - Served to accompany creole pork and complemented the spices well. This wine continues to develop and improve, this bottle being fresh, good plummy fruit . And after an hour or two, it became soft and silky, developing a lively rich earthiness. Well balanced. Very moreish.
