Sunday, May 12, 2019 - (Berry’s Italian Tasting) :: Leaning on dark cherry, sweet spices, blackberry, cedar. Good balance. A fleshy, unctuous mouthfeel, with med acidity and fine supple tannin. Good, but overall it was lacking in the sort of precision and elegance of, say, the 2010. A touch over-extracted? Also, the pricing has gone mad here at c£100 a bottle.
