Sunday, July 5, 2015 - Very sound light yellow. Beautiful floral and petrol aromas. Very restrained, medium weight, definitely less densely packed than other vintages of Clos Ste. Hune. Sharply etched lemon with grapefruit on the finish. Powerful acidity and minerality that carries the endless finish. Extraordinarily fine and precise. Not tasted in 6 years, and I'd say that over that time, it has blossomed secondary Riesling traits without losing a bit of its underlying lithe tension.
