Monday, August 30, 2021 - Dark-red / purple. Medium full mouthfeel. Darker red fruits tending towards plum. Rounded. Good acidity for the style. Baking spice and a light minerality. Really long.

This was much more elegant and put together than I was expecting, as I thought it would taste much "warmer". Well made - not a fruit bomb. Really liked it.
