Wednesday, May 20, 2020 - Color: translucent dark red, dark dark edges, even slow legs
Nose: mild, black & blue fruit, wet earth, menthol
Palate: blackberry, dark cocoa, white pepper,
Mouthfeel: smooth and inviting start, but long super dry finish

Paired very well with jerk chicken believe it or not. Not overly complex but very enjoyable. Probably at least another 5 years in the bottle.
