Thursday, April 2, 2020 - Midnight ruby in colour, quite closed and a bit acidic when first poured with only subtle flavours of dry wood, fresh tobacco, red cherry. Very savoury, plenty of tannin, begins to open up and smoothen out the edges after a few minutes of air. Quite delicious indeed!
