Wednesday, March 20, 2013 - At Dorks of York. Maturing pinot nose of musty raspberry fruit with dried thyme, tomato skin, and notes of lavender soap and Eureka lemon rind that came and went over the course of the evening. At peak and best bottle yet of the six I bought originally--a real nice showing for a wine I wasn't sure would age well.
