Sunday, April 21, 2024 - 2 bottles consumed at dinner for 9 Chevaliers at Chez Monsier, in Paris. Delicious, round, rather rich, excellent food wine with an acid lift at the end keeping it lively. Notes on other years says grown on a limestone patch and that the producer suggests drinking at about 6 years, but these bottles showed no signs of decline, probably at peak. A gourmand wine for food and conversation. Tasty. 88-89.
