Saturday, July 13, 2019 - Drank this one with beef tenderloin and emmental fondues. Paired nicely, not so sure what to put on the table but this was certainly a winner. ~ Red fruit dominated, candied raspberry, quite nice rather long off-dry finish, plus on acidity, lowish tannin. Had the mouthfeel of cinnamon which was a bit new and odd, I actually liked that aspect a fair bit.
