Thursday, September 23, 2021 - Opened the day before. Drank a small glass. Pours a pale gold. Explosive, inviting, complex, and layered with quince, autumnal orchard fruits, almond paste, marzipan, camomile, honeysuckle, shortbread, and cold butter. Great concentration, impressive balance, and very long with pitch perfect acidity.
