Monday, May 8, 2023 - Nose of olive and meaty notes.

Very powerful wine in tasting alone, but which goes well with grilled meats. Bloody and juicy but very intense on the palate with great maturity. Meaty aromas on a good balance. Despite its power it remains pleasant with a rustic side. Very intense peppery finish over a good length.

Very good but I am quite perplexed by the surge due to the popularity of the domain.
