Monday, May 15, 2023 - PNP. Knockout nose showing flint, lemon, toast and spice. Youngish palate, very deep and tactile with a core of lemony fruit delivered in a mineral laden chalky texture. Great showing and given the premox history of Boillot I’m inclined to drink the rest of my stash sooner rather than later.
