Sunday, December 19, 2021 - To appreciate this wine, embrace the acidity and the length of the finish.Limes. Great with creamy sauces or tropical fishes. This wine is also longer than the day. Not fruit forward, but that is not its role. Beauty wine. Cheers! I increased score from 91 to 92 because this wine has been on my mind ever since I opened it.
