Sunday, October 21, 2018 - The best 88 Champagnes from 1988 Part 2/3; 10/20/2018-10/21/2018 (L'assiette champenois): In this flight the ripest one: red apple, chestnuts and creme brulee. With time it gets finer and more delicious. Still good acidity structure. 93
