Sunday, October 24, 2010 - Medium-dark red. Fumy oak, ripe raspberry, chocolate and black pepper nose. A little hot, medium acid, balanced tannin. A bit medium toast oak pronounced in the mouth, with heaps of wild raspberry and to a lesser extent chocolate and herbs. Finishes a tad hotter than expected, still long and rich. Bottle #11 of 12.
