Saturday, May 6, 2023 - very dark purple, almost black in the center of the glass. nose is concentrated dark berries… blackberry, blueberry, vanilla, spice. the flavour profile is powerful and rich, silky on entry, then spicy. there’s a delayed but powerful acidic punch immediately afterwards along with ripe berry fruit which segues into a long earthy peppery finish.
