Tuesday, June 27, 2017 - Domaine Roulot Cellar Visit and Tasting (Meursault): Tasting at the domaine, served blind. Showed some age and character from a vintage not overly ripe that emphasized elegance. I thought this a 2007 Meursault Villages lieu-dit. Moderately ripe apple with an overall elegant chapter and maturing gracefully. Very long finish.
