Saturday, June 1, 2019 - Light straw yellow colour. Green apples, salty sea, chalk, lemons and spices on the nose. Taste of green apples, lemons, minerals, salty sea and chalk. Long and light dry finish with hints of minerals. Well balanced. Goes well with shellfish and fish.
