Sunday, September 19, 2021 - Slightly disappointed by this wine, was expecting more. Fruit and acidity in check, clean minerality, oakiness in the background, but it feels a bit disjointed. Even after decanting, it didn’t really open up. Could be that it’s just tightly wound or too young, as it was slightly better on day two.
