Sunday, March 10, 2024 - Riper on the nose and palate than I would have expected. Very unexpected buttery popcorn on the palate which threw me off for a loop initially. Ripe stonefruit and pears, quince, butter and oak spices. The ripeness really stood out to me here as I was expecting more Chablis like characteristics (minerality).
