Sunday, November 26, 2023 - Dinner at home (Chicago, IL): Fantastic bottle of Dauvissat -- such a frustratingly inconsistent producer with bottles showing weird so often. But this bottle -- wow. Quintessence of Chablis. Salty, minerally, lemon zest. That's it. That's the note.
