Sunday, February 6, 2022 - Nice Beerenauslese. Smells very interesting. Dominant notes of forest honey, then followed by pear, tangerine and a bunch of other yellow fruits. At first, almost like mead in the mouth, then also herbal candy, oranges. Lacks a bit of acidity, so the sweetness is a bit too much, but only by an inch. The finish is mid-long+. The wine is very well made and great to drink.
