Saturday, October 30, 2021 - Still on its way up. Last 2 bottles I was a bit disappointed for the first half of the bottle since it was a bit high-toned, a tad sharper than I'd like but last half or next day half it smoothes out and is quite veluptuous. So, decant with air before serving and it makes for a very nice zin-petite sirrah blend and 2 more points. I think 2023 would be a good year to really shine.
