Thursday, September 16, 2021 - After a few months of Coravin. An elegant perspective, cherry, Rose, tar. Really text book, but in an elegant and classic manner. Lots of rainwater on cement after the rain. Medium tannin. There’s a modest earthy dimension on the palate, and still more freshness and class take over. Really nice for basic 2015.
