Sunday, November 5, 2017 - Stored in cold cellar since release. Stelvin. Perfect condition. Deep colour-still bright red. Powerful bouquet. Harmonious balanced shiraz with real depth. Ideal slightly spiced food. No hotness from 16.5% alcohol. A minor classic. Will last.
