Saturday, March 20, 2021 - Decanted 30 min. This is certainly a wine for specific tastes. Tasted blind knowing I was having grilled lamb rib chops, and I also tried a younger Bordeaux, Graves as I was at a loss for anything else.

This had some Loire Cab Franc notes, but more barnyard in the mid palate, then a medium finish that ended fruity. Hit the mark with the meal and opened up with more time. Better than the Graves.

Nice return on the price.
