Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - Superb nose of lingering earl grey tea, cut herbs, game. Really haunting. On the palate also with lovely stuffing but appearing fully mature this was the split best red Burg of the night with Rousseau Ruchottes 02. A complete wine and one to get stuck into now. This certainly at peak and I would be pulling corks now-2025.
