Tuesday, February 26, 2019 - Tasted at Bernardus tasting room in Carmel Valley. The most interesting but slightly atypical Bordeaux blend I've ever tasted. Completely balanced, smooth and nuanced but not "Cab-like". Almost had a little Pinot Noir character. Delicious and haunting but don't think I could justify the winery's $125 list price.
