Monday, September 5, 2022 - This was delicious - fragrant, elegant, well honed. Red berry nose with some darker cherry elements flashing through. Wonderful earthy savouriness grounding beneath that with sous bois and baking spices. Fine tannins, lovely balance, and a long finish - drinking beautifully now but could hold another year or two.
