Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Merlot blend. Deep garnet in color with many variations. Nose is inviting, full of dark fruit with hint of smoky oak. Palate of black currants, cedar with well integrated tannins. Initially grippy so decant. Afterwards smooth with a moderate to long finish. A perfect pairing with steak. Would buy again and Winery still has a few in their library.
