Friday, December 11, 2020 - First day nose was full of barnyard (bret?), light dark cherry on palate.
Second day strawberry on nose. Still light on fruit, med- body low tannin med+ acid. Cherry on the med finish. Easy drink getting better with time, a bit hot for balance

Much later edit: Needs minimum 2 hours to open up, fruit becomes much more expressive and killed most of the poo smell
