The apotheosis of balance: fruit/mineral/power, yet paradoxically light on its' feet. Has that ineffable Burgundy greatness we all search for and rarely encounter. Stellar.

Best wine of the night, it also garnered the best quip: "The only Montrachet you need to drink starts with 'le' "
