Tuesday, January 3, 2023 - Open a few hours before and decanted an hour before drinking

Red purple color showing no trace of evolution
The nose is on blueberry, forest berry, violette, leather, pepper
The palate offer an excellent balance with freshness, structure, lenght
It's already approachable if decanted but 3-5 more years will offer more complexity
A good bottle
