Sunday, January 18, 2009 - Same secondary fermentation problems reported by others. Gave it the biggest possible MD shake, then let it rest. On day 2, it still had a little of the brightness from the secondary fermentation, but it came off mostly as a wine with good acidity, blackberry, wet rocks/graphite flavor profile. Probably 87-88 points on day 2. Interesting.
