Monday, June 27, 2022 - An excellent and well-aged merlot. Cherries and chocolate with a smooth mouthfeel and sturdy structure.
If I may borrow a Harry Potter reference despite not being all that much of a fan, merlot is the Hufflepuff of wine grapes, and it shows here. Sturdy, dependable, not too full of itself, and works well with others.
