Thursday, October 24, 2019 - A gorgeous nose - aromas of animal, savoury, leather, pencil shavings / graphite, some Brett; vanilla and spice; ripe black currant and blackberry; herbaceous
It is subtle and not overly-jammy; more Bordeaux-like than Napa-like on the nose
High acid
Medium body, somewhat plush mouthfeel; gentle tannins— perhaps lacking in structure and backbone
Medium+ finish
