Wednesday, January 16, 2013 - Intensive and deep,dark ruby red.
Complex nose with balance between ripe fruit and spicies.
Blackberries,black cherries,smoke,pepper,cinemmon,tar.
On the palate spicy,drying tannins combined with crisp acidity.
Fresh and persistant aftertaste,a bit chalky.
Blackcurrant,sour cherries,plum,tobacco,pepper.
Great balance,structure and aging potential.
