Thursday, February 4, 2021 - Why did I open this... This wine will need a lot more time. First day was mostly blackberry and gunpowder. Quiet austere. Openend up on day 5 turning into a beauty, rather on the cherry side. Very elegant and light, very fresh. Light tannins, well balanced with the acidity.
