Thursday, August 1, 2019 - To me this was stellar. Mature deep mountain fruit, spice, eucalyptus, mile leathers. Wonderful mouthfeel and acidity. It continues getting better and better in the glass, and maintained its edge into the third night. There is a classy elegance to it at this stage as well.
