Monday, October 5, 2020 - Some wood spice greets the nose. There are perfectly ripe cherry and cassis fruits. It has flesh and texture and a gentle flex of Vougeot muscle. It finishes with the taste of licorice and whilst it needs more time it is indeed pleasurable at this early juncture.
