85 Points

Saturday, January 24, 2015 - Cork came out in 436 pieces. I didn't expect much, but this bottle actually was quite drinkable. Cellared since purchase in 1986, alledgedly a weak vintage, this winery turned out a wine that even today, although tired, is still enjoyable. Bravo!

We don't have a very good experience with these wines so anything is possible. Imho old Rioja wines are more reliable and "robust" than italians. Regards!!
