Wednesday, April 21, 2021 - My first Proper. Quite good. Nose was less powerful than expected - just hints of cherry, plum, licorice menthol and slate. Palate was more powerful and complex than expected. Cherry and Blueberry transition to lighter fruit in multiple layers. Licorice and Menthol are present but secondary. Med+ Body with balanced acid and tannins still present. Long finish. Delicious and drinking very well at this point.
