Friday, November 3, 2023 - Slow O'd for an hour; paired with grilled sockeye salmon. Light in color, belying the wine's full flavors. Nice balance of fruit and acid; excellent with food. More of a small-sipper than a quaffer, and one keeps coming back for more tastes. Ready to go, but will likely improve with time; drink or hold.
