Thursday, January 18, 2024 - This is terrific. Bright red, translucent. Nose hints of dark fruit, camphor, sage. After about 15 minutes of air, the taste is a well integrated combination of red and black fruit, chocolate, and earth. Bit of alcohol. Not at all heavy but absolutely explosive. Long finish. Ready to drink now, but at least a few yeas left.
