Saturday, August 27, 2022 - Decanted briefly. This is a really superior NSG with bright focused red fruit, candied cherry that blended in with some air. It's fruit forward but quickly engages the full palate with that hard-to-describe cornucopia of nuance you get with fine Burgundy. I find many NSGs too stemmy/nutty but not this one. Delightful.
